Shailen Pathy
President, Founder
Shailen Pathy is a high school student in Connecticut. He has taken an interest in food insecurity and food waste. He has been fascinated with cooking and baking from a young age and has experience working in professional kitchens. His main hope is to combat food insecurity while providing for individuals who need assistance getting back on their feet.
Mia Scott
Executive Vice President, Co-Founder
Mia Scott is a high school student in Connecticut. She has spent most of her high school career volunteering at The First Tee of Connecticut and has a passion for helping the people in her community. She has always had an interest in baking and wanted to use her interests to help the people around her. Mia's goal is to help put an end to food insecurity by partnering with local nonprofits who share the same passion.
Aislin Cohen
Vice President of Community Engagement
Aislin Cohen is a high school student and competitive swimmer with a passion for creativity in the kitchen. She loves baking and experimenting with new recipes, but her interests go beyond cooking. Aislin is committed to giving back to her community and helping address food insecurity. Through her involvement with Demeter Community, she hopes to combine her love of food with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
